**Job Overview**:
We at **Skywalk Drobotics Academy** are looking for an enthusiastic **Customer Relationship officer/Telecaller/Admission officer** to join our admissions team. As a CRO/Telecaller/Admission officer specializing in **Drone course admissions,** you will be responsible for contacting prospective students, providing information about our courses, and guiding them through the admission process. Your role will play a **Crucial part** in helping students make informed decisions about their educational journey.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Outbound Calling**:
- Initiate and make outbound calls to prospective students who have expressed interest in our courses.
- Answer questions and provide information about admission procedures, eligibility, and deadlines.
**Lead Conversion**:
- Build rapport with potential students through effective communication and active listening.
- Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and guide them toward enrollment.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed admissions by explaining the value of our courses.
**Database Management**:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with students in the CRM system.
- Ensure that student data, inquiries, and feedback are well-documented.
**Customer Service**:
- Address inquiries, concerns, and objections in a courteous and professional manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for potential students.
**Reporting**:
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on call performance, lead conversion, and key metrics.
- Share insights and feedback with the admissions team to continuously improve strategies.
**Admissions Support**:
- Collaborate with the admissions team to assist in document collection and verification for enrolled students.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth admission process.
**Qualifications**:
- **Any Degree in relevant field**:
- Proven experience in telecalling, telemarketing, admissions or a related role.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil, both spoken and written.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential students.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and databases.
- Knowledge of educational programs and admission processes (an advantage).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-driven and target-oriented mindset.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Commission pay
- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Saibaba Colony, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
