**We are Hiring Customer Relationship Officer**

**Department**: Retail Lending
**Reports to**: Branch Manager
**Location**: Kalavasal & Alanganallur & Melur
**Employment Type**: Full-Time

**Qualifications and Skills:Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 2 wheeler Must
- Gender: Male & Female

**Experience**:

- 1-3 years of experience in microfinance, banking, or customer service (preferably in lending).
- Experience with group lending methodologies and individual loan assessment is a plus.

**Key Responsibilities:Client Acquisition & Relationship Management**:

- Identify and recruit potential clients for group and individual loan products.
- Conduct group meetings and community mobilization to promote loan offerings.
- Build long-term relationships with clients based on trust and excellent service.

**Loan Processing & Assessment**:

- Conduct field visits, household/business assessments, and due diligence.
- Evaluate creditworthiness of applicants using company guidelines and risk assessment tools

**Reporting & Compliance**:

- Maintain accurate client records and documentation in the loan management system.
- Prepare regular reports on loan performance, client portfolio, and field activities.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies, lending guidelines, and regulatory standards.
