As a junior-level role, it requires the integration of exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to successfully engage with students and support their educational journey. Qualifications and Skills Exceptional communication skills (Mandatory skill) to effectively interact with prospective students and their families. Proficiency in CRM software for managing and tracking student inquiries and follow-ups efficiently. Experience with Salesforce to streamline admission processes and enhance decision-making capabilities. Competence in lead generation techniques to attract and convert potential students into enrollments. Knowledge of interview techniques for assessing student suitability for various programs. Ability to perform data analysis to present insights on admission trends and student engagement. Strong presentation skills to effectively convey information in group sessions and one-on-one meetings. Roles and Responsibilities Guide prospective students through the admissions process, offering personalized advice and assistance. Collaborate with academic departments to provide clear information to potential students about programs and offerings.
