Job Title: Admission Counsellor (Female)

Location: Samashti International School, Coimbatore Branch

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Handle admission inquiries through calls, emails, and walk-ins, providing accurate information about the school, curriculum, and admission process.
  • Counsel prospective parents and students, understanding their needs and guiding them through the admission journey.
  • Schedule and coordinate campus tours, interaction sessions, and entrance assessments.
  • Maintain a database of leads and follow up systematically to ensure conversion.
  • Assist in planning and executing admission-related events and campaigns.
  • Coordinate with academic and administrative teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new students.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on admissions progress and conversions.
  • Maintain professionalism, empathy, and strong communication while representing the school.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Only female candidates may apply.
  • Bachelor's degree in any field (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in school admissions or counseling.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Strong convincing skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work independently and meet admission targets.

Note:

Transportation will not be provided. Candidates must arrange their own transport.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
