**Job Title: CRM Project Implementation & Support Specialist**

**Role Overview**:
We are seeking an experienced **CRM Project Implementation & Support Specialist** to lead a team dedicated to ensuring smooth CRM deployments post-sale. In this role, you will bridge the gap between sales and technical teams, ensuring that clients receive tailored, efficient CRM solutions and ongoing support.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Post-Sales Implementation**:Serve as the key point of contact post-sale, ensuring the CRM is successfully implemented, customized to client specifications, and deployed smoothly.
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to ensure seamless CRM integration.
- Oversee technical setup, data migration, and initial client onboarding.

**Project Management**:Lead CRM implementation projects, managing timelines and ensuring that all milestones and deliverables are met on schedule.
- Work closely with internal tech and customer support teams to troubleshoot and resolve any issues during deployment.

**Client Onboarding & Training**:Provide comprehensive, hands-on training to clients, ensuring that they can maximize the potential of the CRM system.
- Create and maintain training materials for client use.
- Conduct individual and group training sessions to facilitate smooth CRM adoption.

**Monitoring & Follow-Up**:Continuously monitor client engagement with the CRM post-implementation.
- Schedule follow-up sessions with clients to address any concerns, provide additional training, and optimize CRM usage.
- Maintain a feedback loop with leadership to ensure ongoing improvements in the CRM deployment process.

**Experience**:2-4 years of CRM product management experience, ideally in an implementation role. Experience with other SaaS products is also relevant.

**Technical Skills**:In-depth knowledge of CRM systems, including configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting.Ability to provide ongoing technical support and handle system customizations.

**Project Management**:Proven experience in managing software deployments, from sale through to implementation, with a strong focus on timeline and stakeholder management.

**Client Relations**:Strong communication skills, able to convey technical information in a clear and accessible way to non-technical users.

**Problem-Solving**:Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify potential issues during CRM implementation and develop quick, practical solutions.

**Training**:Experience in creating and delivering client training sessions, both in-person and remotely, ensuring users are fully equipped to utilize the CRM effectively.

**Key Goals**:
**Master the CRM Ecosystem**:Immerse yourself in the CRM product, becoming an expert in all aspects of its functionality.

**Drive CRM Sales Success**:Ensure a seamless transition from sales to implementation, contributing to the overall success of CRM sales and adoption.

**Build Strong Client Relationships**:Foster long-lasting relationships with clients, helping them maximize CRM use and achieve their business goals, ultimately boosting retention.

**Create Sustainable Systems**:Develop internal processes and frameworks that streamline CRM sales and deployment across the organization.

**Align with Organizational Strategy**:Coordinate closely with leadership and internal teams to ensure that CRM implementations align with broader sales and operational strategies.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
