Job Title:
  • Functional Consultant CRM

Experience:

We are looking for a skilled Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in Technical Support and a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 modules.


Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a functional consultant
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Technical Support
  • Customer Service module experience
  • Experience of implementing Omnichannel
  • Ability to configure, install and troubleshoot Server and identify problems by reading platform trace logs and provide the solution

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support and training to users
  • Familiar with MS CRM Sales, Service and Marketing modules
  • Working on the Agile or Waterfall approach depending on the business requirements
  • Basic knowledge of the Power Platform (Power Apps, Flow, Power BI) and good understanding of Dynamics 365 Common Data Model and Common Data Model
  • Knowledge and understanding of some or all areas within Customer Engagement including Field Services, and Project Service Automation
  • MS CRM configuration knowledge
  • Application integrations knowledge with MS CRM
  • Knowledge of Devops
  • SSRS reporting services experience

Bonus Points:
  • Experience working with the Agile or Waterfall approach
  • Strong understanding of Power Apps, Flow, Power BI and Dynamics 365 Common Data Model and Common Data Model
  • Good communication skills
