Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 Implementation Specialist

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 modules and at least 3 years of experience in functional consulting. They should be proficient in configuring, installing, and troubleshooting servers, as well as identifying problems through platform trace logs.
As a Functional Consultant, you will work closely with customers to analyze business requirements, provide technical support, and train users on MS CRM Sales, Service, and Marketing modules. Strong analytical, research, and troubleshooting skills are necessary to identify root cause analysis (RCA) and implement Omnichannel solutions.
In this role, you will be responsible for implementing business process improvements, configuring and customizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 modules, and providing technical guidance to stakeholders.
