About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Technical Consultant to lead the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions for clients in Mumbai, India.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse client requirements and design customised Dynamics 365 CRM solutions that meet their strategic objectives
  • Develop and deploy Dynamics 365 CRM applications using C# and .Net assemblies to enhance business processes
  • Configure and customise Dynamics 365 CRM using client-side and server-side scripting to improve user experience
  • Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM with external systems using REST APIs to increase data efficiency
  • Provide training and support for clients on Dynamics 365 CRM to ensure successful adoption

Requirements:

  • 7-10 years of experience in Dynamics 365 CRM implementation and configuration
  • Strong knowledge of C#, .Net assemblies, and Dynamics 365 CRM
  • Experience in integrating Dynamics 365 CRM with external systems using REST APIs
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor of Engineering degree from a recognised institution

Preferred Skills:

  • Node.js, Angular.js, React.js, JQuery, CSS, HTML 5, AJAX
  • Microsoft Azure services (Application servers, Database Services, Service Bus)
