Job Description

Role Requirement

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 & Power Platform developer with strong expertise in custom development, automation and integration. The candidate should have technical knowledge of Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dynamics CRM and will play a key role in extending and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions and enhancing user experience across business.

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

- Develop new Dynamics 365 CRM solutions and customizations
- Support & maintain existing D365 solutions and customizations and resolve issues
- Build Canvas and Model-driven Power Apps to streamline business processes
- Design and implement Power Automate (Flows) for workflow automation and data integration
- Develop custom entities, forms, views, and dashboards for business processes
- Integrate CRM with external APIs using Dataverse connectors and Azure Logic Apps
- Assist in requirement gathering, technical documentation, testing, and deployments
- Work closely with business users, functional consultants, and senior developers
- Stay updated with Microsoft platform enhancements and recommend improvements

EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIRED

- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech.
- Overall 35 years of experience with at least 2+ years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development
- Strong command of Power PlatformPower Apps, Power Automate
- Familiar with Dataverse, Business Rules, Custom Connectors, and Security Roles
- Hands-on on JavaScript, Plugins, C#
- Microsoft Certification (e.g., PL-100, PL-400, or MB-910) is a plus
- Exposure to Azure Logic Apps, Power BI, or Dynamics Portals is desirable
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
