As a CRM-Dynamics Staff Engineer, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of our company's software systems.

Job Description
  • We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a CRM-Dynamics Staff Engineer. This role requires strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

In this position, you will work closely with project managers and executive management to ensure that our software systems meet the needs of our clients.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing software solutions that meet client requirements
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and develop software applications
  • Writing and reviewing high-quality code
  • Participating in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices
  • Identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Maintaining and improving existing software systems
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Power platform
  • Expertise in customizing and extending DCRM Sales & Service using JavaScript, C#, and Plugins
  • Strong hands-on experience in plugin development using Dataverse SDK, Power Automate, and Azure Functions
  • Advanced experience in Model-Driven Apps, including custom UI development
  • Strong knowledge and experience in Power Automate, SharePoint, Office 365, and API integrations
  • In-depth understanding of Azure services, including OAuth authentication and role-based security
Responsibilities
  • Mapping decisions with requirements and translating them to developers
  • Identifying different solutions and narrowing down the best option that meets client requirements
  • Defining guidelines and benchmarks for NFR considerations during project implementation
  • Reviewing architecture and design on various aspects like extensibility, scalability, security, design patterns, user experience, NFRs, etc.
  • Carrying out POCs to make sure that suggested design/technologies meet requirements
