The role of a Senior Software Developer involves leading the development of software features while ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

The successful candidate will have expertise in technical guidance, suggesting improvements in development processes, and participating in the entire software development cycle.

This includes requirements analysis, design, development, unit testing, and documentation. The developer will be responsible for long-term code reusability and stability.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance to team members and suggest improvements in development processes.
  • Software Development: Develop required software features, achieving timely and quality delivery.
  • Code Reusability and Stability: Ensure long-term code reusability and stability.
  • Security and Usability: Proactively identify security and usability issues and formulate strategies to resolve them.
  • Project Ownership: Take ownership for the delivery of complex application features and resolve key technical issues related to the assigned project.

Additionally, the Senior Software Developer will comply with estimation processes, deliver trainings, participate in knowledge sharing, mentor new software engineers, and integrate new technologies.
