Key Responsibilities:
1. Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and customers in a warm and friendly manner.

2. Answer and direct phone calls promptly and professionally.

4. Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring it reflects the professionalism of the company.

5. Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for executives and staff members.

6. Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.

7. Coordinate meetings and conference room bookings as needed.

8. Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory, ordering replenishments as necessary.

9. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

10. Uphold company policies and procedures, including confidentiality and security protocols.

11. Provide administrative support to various departments as requested.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and preferably local languages.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, gmail).
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
