Role & Responsibilities
- You will play a crucial role indeveloping and implementing cutting-edge machine learning algorithms and techniques to power our recommendation systems.
- This would include video component analysis, videoclassification with a vector database for the videos being posted on our app; and user profileanalysis and classification (based on their likes, dislikes, friends etc) to create a video feedbest suited to a particular user.
- You will work closely with data scientists, product managers,and engineers to design, build, and deploy recommendation models that enhance userexperience, drive engagement, and boost business metrics.
- PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Exposure in developing and implementing machine learning models.
- Strong understanding of recommendation algorithms, such as collaborative filtering,content-based filtering, and hybrid methods.
- Experience with Python programming language and machine learning libraries suchas TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn and Vector databases.
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong decision-making, collaboration & communicationskills.
- Ability to move quickly without breaking things too much (we are dreamers)
- Ability to work under immense pressure which is balanced by a sense ofresponsibility and ownership

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹4,000,000.00 per year
