About the Role

We are seeking an AI Engineer who can design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for personalization, recommendation, and computer vision use cases. This role involves working closely with our product and engineering teams to implement algorithms that power outfit recommendations, visual search, trend analysis, and virtual try-on experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research, design, and build AI/ML models for outfit recommendations, personalization engines, and fashion trend predictions.
  • Develop and optimize computer vision models for wardrobe digitization, virtual try-on, and garment recognition.
  • Implement NLP models to understand user preferences, queries, and style language.
  • Work with vector databases (Qdrant, Pinecone, FAISS, etc.) to build scalable recommendation and similarity search systems.
  • Optimize ML pipelines for performance, scalability, and real-time inference.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to integrate AI models into the mobile app and backend services.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and improve models using A/B testing, user feedback, and performance metrics.
  • Stay updated with the latest research and tools in AI for fashion, recommendation systems, and generative AI.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related fields.
  • 2–5 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML model development.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Keras.
  • Experience with recommendation systems, collaborative filtering, and personalization algorithms.
  • Solid understanding of computer vision techniques (image classification, object detection, segmentation, GANs).
  • Knowledge of NLP techniques (transformers, embeddings, sentiment/style analysis).
  • Hands-on experience with vector databases (Qdrant, Pinecone, FAISS) for similarity search.
  • Experience deploying models in production with AWS/GCP/Azure, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in fashion-tech or e-commerce recommendation systems.
  • Familiarity with LLMs and multimodal AI for fashion applications.
  • Experience with real-time inference and large-scale ML systems.
  • Research background in generative AI (GANs, diffusion models) for virtual try-on and AI-driven design.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹100,561.77 per month
