**Job Title**: AI/ML Architect (Python, AI/ML)

**Location**: Remote - India

**Position Type**: Full-time (7:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST)

**Job Overview**:
As an AI/ML Architect at our company, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of AI and machine learning solutions to solve complex business problems. You will leverage your expertise in advanced AI/ML techniques to guide architecture decisions, build scalable and high-performance systems, and oversee the development of innovative AI-driven solutions. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge technologies and high-impact results for both business and clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Architecture Design & Leadership**:

- Lead the design and implementation of scalable AI/ML architectures and frameworks.
- Define AI/ML strategy and approach for solving complex business challenges.
- Evaluate, select, and implement suitable AI/ML algorithms and models based on the problem requirements.
- Architect end-to-end machine learning solutions including data collection, feature engineering, model training, and deployment.

**AI/ML Model Development & Optimization**:

- Design and implement machine learning and deep learning models for classification, regression, and other predictive tasks.
- Lead optimization of AI/ML models to improve performance, scalability, and robustness.

**Collaboration & Communication**:

- Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to define project requirements and objectives.
- Communicate complex technical concepts, strategies, and model results effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Prepare detailed technical reports, presentations, and visualizations to showcase model performance and business impact.

**Tool and Pipeline Development**:

- Develop reusable AI/ML tools, libraries, and pipelines to streamline the process of model development and deployment.
- Automate training, testing, and deployment workflows for efficient operation at scale.
- Ensure that data pipelines and machine learning workflows are robust and scalable.

**Research & Innovation**:

- Stay on top of the latest trends, technologies, and research in AI and machine learning.
- Contribute to the development of new algorithms and techniques to solve real-world problems.
- Drive a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the team.

**Skills and Qualifications**:
**Technical Skills**:

- Expert proficiency in Python and machine learning libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
- Deep understanding of AI/ML algorithms, deep learning models, and advanced statistical techniques.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and distributed computing technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
- Strong experience with data manipulation and analysis libraries (e.g., NumPy, Pandas) and data visualization tools (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn).
- Expertise in SQL and database management, with the ability to work with large, unstructured datasets.

**Education & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML, including proven expertise in architecting AI solutions and managing large-scale projects.
- Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams and delivering impactful AI/ML solutions.
- Prior experience working in agile environments and collaborating with diverse teams.
