About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer to join our IT services team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying machine learning and artificial intelligence solutions to solve complex business challenges for clients across diverse domains. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, software developers, and business analysts, to deliver scalable and high-performance solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models for client projects.
  • Collaborate with data engineers to collect, clean, and preprocess structured and unstructured data.
  • Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) and select appropriate algorithms/techniques based on business needs.
  • Develop end-to-end ML pipelines including feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and deployment.
  • Work on NLP, computer vision, recommendation systems, predictive analytics, and other AI-driven solutions.
  • Optimize model performance for accuracy, scalability, and efficiency in production environments.
  • Integrate ML solutions with client applications, APIs, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Stay updated with the latest research, tools, and frameworks in AI/ML and data science.
  • Document processes, methodologies, and results for knowledge sharing and client reporting.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of hands-on experience in model development, deployment, and client-facing projects
  • IT service industry experience preferred
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field.
  • Strong programming experience with Python, R, or Java.
  • Proficiency in ML frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Keras, OpenCV, NLTK, SpaCy.
  • Experience in handling large datasets, data preprocessing, and feature engineering.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and big data platforms (Hadoop, Spark is a plus).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS Sagemaker, Azure ML, Google AI/ML tools).
  • Strong knowledge of statistical modeling, optimization, and algorithm design.
  • Understanding of DevOps/MLOps practices for model deployment and monitoring.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
