About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and skilled AI/ML Executive with at least one year of hands-on experience in building and deploying custom AI/ML models. You will be part of a forward-thinking team that integrates AI-driven solutions into our products and services to enhance performance, efficiency and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build and optimize custom machine learning models using Python, TensorFlow and related frameworks

  • Implement AI-driven solutions for data analysis, pattern recognition and automation

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML features into existing platforms and services

  • Collect, clean and preprocess data to prepare datasets for training and evaluation

  • Work with technologies like Java, Hadoop and Spark for model training and deployment

  • Contribute to research and development by exploring new techniques, running experiments and creating innovative in-house solutions

  • Keep up with the latest AI/ML research, tools and trends and bring fresh ideas to internal projects

Requirements

  • Minimum one year of hands-on experience in AI/ML with practical exposure to developing and deploying custom models

  • Strong knowledge of Python, TensorFlow and R

  • Experience in data mining, predictive analytics and model performance optimization

  • Solid understanding of machine learning principles, algorithms and AI frameworks

  • Familiarity with big data technologies such as Hadoop and Spark is an advantage

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science or a related field
