The company has a strong team across conceptualizing, designing and execution of event projects.
- **Role Description**
This is a full-time on-site Event Coordinator role located in Chennai at Brandwise Events. The Event Coordinator will be responsible for planning and managing corporate events, providing excellent communication and customer service, overseeing event operations, and driving sales.

- Event Planning and Management skills

- Experience in organizing corporate events
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of event logistics and vendor management
- Plan and organize events (conferences, corporate meetings, product launches, etc.).
- Communicate with clients to understand requirements, budget, and expectations.
- Prepare and manage event budgets for cost efficiency.
- Select and negotiate with vendors (caterers, decorators, entertainment, etc.).
- Coordinate logistics and select suitable event venues.
- Create detailed event schedules, timelines, and floor plans.
- Manage and supervise event staff and volunteers.
- Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown.
- Resolve any issues or emergencies during the event.
- Collect feedback and prepare post-event reports for evaluation.
**Qualifications**:
- Master's or Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate event production or management
- Proven track record of successfully executing a variety of events, from corporate conference management to large format events and exhibitions.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask, quick decision making and delegation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, drafting quotations.
