**Channel Sales Executive**

**Qualification : Any Degree / BE civil / Any Diploma**

**Experience: 2 to 4 yrs**

**Skills/knowledge**:

- Sales and Business Development: Identify, engage, and develop new customers in the construction, real estate, and infrastructure sectors.
- Promote special RMC products, including value-added and customized solutions tailored to client needs.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, and project managers. Conduct regular follow-ups to address customer queries and provide technical support.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities. Prepare and present reports on sales forecasts, pipelines, and achievements.
- Achievement of Targets: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as assigned by the Sales Manager. Implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and market penetration.
- Coordination and Collaboration: Work closely with the operations and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products. Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns and events.
