Job Summary:
We are looking for a driven and energetic Channel Sales Executive to manage and grow our channel partner and broker network in Pune. The role involves maintaining strong relationships with channel partners, driving lead generation through them, supporting closures, and ensuring overall sales growth for assigned real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with channel partners, brokers, and real estate agents.
- Share project details, pricing, and inventory updates regularly with channel partners.
- Drive lead generation and support closures through channel partners.
- Assist in organizing CP meets, events, and training sessions to enhance partner engagement.
- Ensure smooth coordination for site visits, client interactions, and negotiations.
- Track channel partner performance and prepare MIS/reports on sales activities.
- Ensure timely communication regarding schemes, offers, and promotional campaigns.
- Resolve CP queries and coordinate with internal teams for broker payouts and client documentation.
- Keep updated on market trends and competitor activities to strengthen sales strategies.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong relationship-building and networking skills with channel partners
- Good understanding of residential/commercial real estate sales
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic CRM tools
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment with frequent field travel
- Self-motivated, dynamic, and customer-oriented
