**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the Route planning for pickups from the Food Business Operators.
- Coordinating with the Logistics partners for timely services
- Communicate with Vehicle drivers to ensure prompt pick-up
- Arrange same-day pickups whenever possible and in any delay in the schedule to inform the FBO (Vendor) regarding the same.
- Data entry in the ERP system / UCO App and updating the collection for the day / Preparing reports
- Track the route plan on day-to-day basis
- Respond to customer inquiries and refer clients to the appropriate channels
- Ensure quality of all services and processes within the facility.
- Good command over English, Hindi and local language.
- Proactive and Self Motivated, Relationship Building, Good Team Leader
- Basic knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
