
Customer Care Digital Orders Handling Executive

2. **Digital Order Processing**: Receive and accurately process digital orders through various online platforms. Verify order details, product selections, quantities, and payment information.
3. **Product Knowledge**: Develop an in-depth understanding of Kanhai Foods' product range and be able to offer accurate and persuasive information about our products to customers.
4. **Sales Support**: Actively promote additional products, cross-sell, and upsell as appropriate to maximize sales opportunities during digital interactions.
5. **Data Management**: Maintain organized records of customer interactions, orders, and relevant information in the company's CRM system or digital order management platforms.
6. **Problem Resolution**: Address customer concerns, issues, or complaints in a professional and efficient manner to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
7. **Communication Skills**: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to deliver information clearly and professionally through digital channels.
10. **Order Confirmation and Follow-up**: Confirm digital orders and provide updates on order status and delivery schedules. Follow up with customers to gather post-sale feedback.
11. **Reporting**: Generate reports on digital order statistics, sales performance, and customer feedback as required by the company.
12. **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of digital customer interactions and orders, ensuring all digital paperwork and documentation are in order.
13. **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain positive relationships with digital customers to ensure their loyalty and repeat business.
14. **Teamwork**: Collaborate with colleagues in the sales and logistics departments to ensure smooth digital order processing and customer satisfaction.
15. **Compliance**: Adhere to company policies and regulations, including data privacy and digital sales guidelines.
