**Job Description -**
Generate and convert leads through online platforms such as LinkedIn, freelance portals, and job boards.
Effectively pitch our IT services to potential clients and businesses.
Plan and execute digital marketing strategies to boost brand visibility and engagement.
Collaborate with technical teams to understand service offerings and craft tailored client proposals.
Manage the sales pipeline including leads, opportunities, and client communication.
Track, analyse, and report performance metrics for marketing campaigns and sales activities.
Represent the company in a professional and credible manner in all external interactions.
**Requirements:
- **
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- 1+ year of experience in sales or digital marketing (IT industry preferred).
- Strong knowledge of online lead generation and tools (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEO, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven ability to generate leads online and convert them into clients.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
