We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated **Customer Service Executives** to join our growing team at **Saisha Tours and Travels**. The role involves reaching out to potential customers, explaining our travel/tour packages, generating leads, and achieving sales targets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make Inbound/outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Explain packages and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
- Maintain positive relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain records of calls and sales in CRM.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Qualification: HSC (12th pass) or above.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude, target-oriented, and willingness to learn.
