As a Customer Service Executive at 1 Point 1 Solution, you will handle diverse responsibilities across multiple processes, including sales, renewals, and customer interactions. This role is ideal for dynamic individuals looking to grow in the BPO sector.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle outbound calls for B2B sales, renewals, and customer engagement.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries efficiently.
- Promote sales and renewals through effective communication.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- **Educational Qualification**: Minimum HSC Passout/Graduate.
- **Language Proficiency**: Fluency in English and Hindi.
