**JD for Customer Service Executive**

We are in search of a confident and diligent Customer Service Executive who can transform our customer interactions into positive experiences. This role involves handling various aspects of customer relations, resolving customer complaints, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. If you are an excellent communicator who can encapsulate patience, empathy, and problem-solving skills in a dynamic work environment, this might be the right fit for you.

**Responsibilities and Duties**

Manage customers’ requests, feedback, and complaints with tact and politeness.

Ensure prompt resolutions for customers' concerns while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.

Coordinate with different departments to ease the customer's journey and avoid any bottlenecks in the process.

Analyze customer interactions to discover areas of improvement and strategies for better customer satisfaction.

Develop customer relationship management strategies aimed at retaining customers and attracting new ones.

**Qualifications and Skills**
**Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management or related field**
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Able to manage time effectively and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment

**Minimum of 1- 2 years experience in customer service or relevant role.**
- **CTC-10-15K**:

- **Male/Females are preferred.**:

- **Excellent communication skills in English are required.**

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
