Performance Marketer

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across:
- **Google Ads**:
- **Meta (Facebook & Instagram)**:
- **YouTube Ads**:
- **TikTok Ads**:
- **Display Networks**:
- Other social and emerging platforms
- Manage campaign budgets, targeting, bidding strategies, and ad creatives
- Monitor and analyze performance data to drive ROI improvements
- Conduct A/B testing to enhance campaign effectiveness
- Collaborate with content and design teams to develop high-converting creatives
- Prepare performance reports and dashboards with actionable insights
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- 2-4 years of proven experience in performance marketing or paid media
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok, and Display Ads
- Proficient in analytics and tracking tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and other reporting platforms
- Excellent understanding of audience targeting, funnel strategy, and conversion optimization
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple campaigns
