We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. The Performance Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and conversion. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, data analysis, and the ability to optimize campaigns to achieve specific KPIs.
**Your Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue growth through digital channels (e.g., PPC, SEM, display advertising, social media advertising).
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution including campaign setup, monitoring, optimization, and performance analysis.
- Conduct keyword research, ad copy creation, and A/B testing to optimize campaign performance and ROI.
- Utilize analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) to track campaign performance, analyze data, and identify actionable insights.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging ad creatives and landing pages that drive conversions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in performance marketing.
- Monitor and optimize campaign budgets, bids, and targeting to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
- Generate regular performance reports and present findings to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and optimization recommendations.
- Work cross-functionally with other teams (e.g., product, sales) to align marketing efforts with business goals and initiatives.
- Continuously test and iterate on campaign strategies to improve performance and drive continuous growth.
**Skills Required**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience (3-5 years) in performance marketing or digital marketing roles, with a focus on driving measurable results.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other digital advertising platforms.
- Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) to track and analyze campaign performance.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong project management skills to manage multiple campaigns and priorities.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for driving business growth through innovative marketing strategies.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or other relevant platforms are a plus.
