We are looking for a **Performance Marketer** who is results-driven and passionate about data, analytics, and growth. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across various platforms to drive user acquisition and ROI.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance using A/B testing, audience segmentation, and data analytics
- Collaborate with content, design, and tech teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution
- Analyze data to generate insights and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Optimize landing pages and user funnels for better conversion rates

**Requirements**:

- 2-5 years of proven experience in performance/digital marketing in the IT industry
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads, and SEO tools
- Experience in budget management and ROI tracking
- Understanding of conversion tracking, pixel implementation, and lead funnel optimization
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail

Pay: ₹12,402.82 - ₹34,380.09 per month
