**Responsibilities**:

- Develop, manage, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, and other relevant platforms.
- Execute and track PPC, SMM, SEO, ASO, and other digital growth strategies.
- Manage Meta Ad campaigns with a focus on ROI and performance-driven outcomes.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to create engaging ad creatives, short videos, and reels.
- Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance using analytics tools to drive data-backed decisions.
- Test and implement AI-driven SEO and automation tools for improved campaign efficiency.
- Coordinate and manage remarketing, lead generation, and funnel optimization using HubSpot and ClickFunnels.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in AI SEO, PPC, SMM, and ASO.
- Strong grasp of digital marketing strategies and social media management.
- Hands-on experience with performance ads, particularly Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Excellent communication and analytical thinking skills.
- Basic to intermediate video editing skills (for ad creatives or reels).
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, HubSpot, Google Analytics, ClickFunnels, and related platforms.
- 1-3 years of proven experience in performance or growth marketing roles.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
