**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mohali district for a Performance Marketer at Whispering Homes Private Limited. As a Performance Marketer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. You will manage paid advertising campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns that align with the brand's objectives.

**Qualifications**
- Proven work experience as a Performance Marketer or similar role
- Experience in managing paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights
- Solid knowledge of performance marketing metrics and KPIs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
