**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms:

- **Google Ads** (Search, Display, Shopping)
- **Meta Ads** (Facebook & Instagram)
- **LinkedIn Ads**, **TikTok Ads**, and **Native Ads**:

- Set up and monitor **conversion tracking** across platforms using tools like Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel, etc.
- Optimize campaigns for **performance, ROI, and CPA** using A/B testing, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and creative performance.
- Create and manage **Google Shopping campaigns** with a deep understanding of product feed management and merchant center.
- Regularly analyze campaign performance and generate actionable insights to improve KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS).
- Collaborate with content, creative, and development teams to align ad creatives and landing pages with campaign goals.
- Prepare detailed campaign performance reports and dashboards for internal teams or clients.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in digital performance marketing.
- Strong knowledge of **performance tracking**, **conversion setup**, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, GTM, Meta Events Manager, etc.)
- Proven success in managing campaigns with measurable results and high ROI.
- Proficiency in **Google Ads**, **Meta Business Suite**, **LinkedIn Campaign Manager**, **TikTok Ads**, and at least one **native ads platform** (e.g., Taboola, Outbrain).
- Excellent understanding of marketing funnels, remarketing strategies, and customer acquisition models.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Up-to-date with latest trends and best practices in paid marketing.

**Preferred**:

- Google Ads & Meta Blueprint Certification.
- Experience working with e-commerce or D2C brands.
- Knowledge of tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Hotjar is a plus.
