**Business Title**:Jr officer/Officer/Sr. Officer - Bakery
**Job Grade**: Junior Management

**Based in (location)**: Krishnapatnam, Nellore, AP

**Role Purpose Statement**:

- Ensuring the manufacturing of Bakery, Oils & Vanaspati with Standard parameters as designed by Bunge

**Main Accountabilities**:

- Responsible to smooth shifts operation of bakery.
- Follow the Safety & food safety Standards & HACCP standards
- To conduct pre shift risk assessment and Tool box talk with the entire team.
- Maintain the raw material of HDPE granules, Master batch, Labels, Jars, Caps etc.
- Ensure the proper utilization of manpower.
- Sustain the 5s & housekeeping in molding plant.
- Ensure the online quality check of Jar as per SOP.
- Proper utilization & management of waste material (HDPE grinding material).
- Regular machine health check-up and mold maintenance as per schedule.
- Maintain the shift records and log book and proper hand over take over.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:

- Follow the production plan as per schedule.
- Safety Norms - No LTI
- Ensure 100% food safety
- Zero damage & leakage.

**Knowledge and Technical Competencies**:

- Having Through Knowledge of Molding machines operations SOP’s
- Efficient handling of manpower
- Molding operations, blow and injection and printing.
- PM, Trouble shooting, DCS/ SCADA operations, GMP

**Education/Experience**:

- ITI/Diploma
- 5 to 8 years
