**Job Title: Bakery Assistant**

**Job Summary**:
As a Bakery Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of our bakery. You will work closely with our team to assist in various tasks such as preparing ingredients, baking goods, maintaining cleanliness and organization, and providing excellent customer service. This position offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced bakery environment and contribute to delivering high-quality products to our customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Preparation of Ingredients**: Assist in measuring and mixing ingredients according to recipes and production schedules, ensuring accuracy and consistency in product quality.
- **Baking and Production**: Help with baking and assembling a variety of baked goods, including bread, pastries, cakes, and cookies, following established recipes and techniques.
- **Kitchen Organization**: Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen by washing dishes, utensils, and equipment, and storing them appropriately. Keep workstations and storage areas clean, sanitized, and well-stocked.
- **Quality Control**: Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet our bakery's standards for freshness, flavor, texture, and appearance.
- **Cleaning and Sanitizing**: Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the bakery area, including workstations, equipment, utensils, and storage areas, in compliance with food safety regulations.
- **Inventory Management**: Assist in receiving, storing, and organizing bakery supplies, ingredients, and finished products, and monitor inventory levels to support efficient production.
- **Compliance and Safety**: Adhere to food safety guidelines, health regulations, and company policies to maintain a safe and hygienic working environment for yourself and others.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work collaboratively with other staff, students, pastry chefs, and sales associates, to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer experiences.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a bakery, food service, or hospitality environment is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
- Basic knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions and recipes accurately.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and customer-focused attitude.
- Physical stamina and dexterity to stand for extended periods, lift and carry trays or equipment, and perform repetitive tasks.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
