Job Description**:Production Supervisor - Bakery Industry**

**Location**: Brahman Pipliya, Indore
**Salary**: Up to ₹30,000 per month (depending on experience)
**Timings**: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Full-time)
**Industry**: Bakery / Food Manufacturing
**Experience Required**: Minimum 3 years (Bakery industry only)

**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise day-to-day production activities and ensure adherence to production schedules.
- Manage a team of workers and ensure efficient manpower utilization.
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and quality standards on the production floor.
- Monitor raw material usage and minimize wastage.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Inventory departments for smooth workflow.
- Maintain daily production and attendance reports in **MS Excel** or ERP.
- Ensure compliance with **FSSAI and food safety regulations**.
- Support continuous improvement and process optimization.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Minimum 3 years of experience in **bakery / food production supervision**.
- Strong knowledge of bakery production processes (mixing, baking, packaging, etc.).
- Proficiency in **MS Excel** and production reporting.
- Diploma or Graduate in **Food Technology / Production / Mechanical / relevant field**.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
