**About Us**:
We are a renowned food manufacturing company seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily production operations, ensure efficient processes, and maintain high-quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Supervise production staff, providing guidance and training.

2. Plan, organize, and coordinate production schedules.

3. Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, and regulatory requirements.

4. Monitor production processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements.

5. Conduct quality checks, address deviations, and implement corrective actions.

6. Manage inventory, optimize resource utilization, and minimize waste.

7. Collaborate with QA, Maintenance, and other departments.

8. Analyze production data, identify trends, and suggest improvements.

9. Implement and maintain 5S and lean manufacturing principles.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or related field.

2. 3-5 years of experience in food manufacturing, preferably as a Production Supervisor.

3. Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and food safety regulations.

4. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

5. Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks.

6. Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.

**Desirable Qualifications**:
1. Certification in food safety and quality management (e.g., ISO 22000, FSSC 22000).

2. Experience with lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.

3. Familiarity with food processing and packaging technologies.
