**Key Responsibilities**:
**Supervise Production**: Direct and oversee the day-to-day operations of the perfume manufacturing unit to ensure efficient production processes and adherence to production schedules.

**Quality Control**: Monitor product quality throughout the production process to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.

**Team Management**: Lead and motivate a team of production workers to achieve production targets and maintain a positive work environment.

**Training and Development**: Provide training and guidance to production staff on manufacturing processes, equipment operation, safety protocols, and quality control procedures.

**Inventory Management**: Manage inventory levels of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products to ensure uninterrupted production and minimize waste.

**Maintenance and Troubleshooting**: Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure the proper maintenance and repair of manufacturing equipment, and troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise during production.

**Continuous Improvement**: Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost-saving initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity within the manufacturing unit.

**Health and Safety Compliance**: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a culture of safety awareness among production staff.

**Documentation and Reporting**: Maintain accurate production records, including production reports, inventory logs, and quality control documentation, and provide regular reports to management on production performance and KPIs.

**Qualification
- B.Sc. with 5 years of work experience in the supervisor role, preferably from cosmetics/FMCG industry**

Reporting
- Production Manager

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
