**What We Need**

**Must-Have Qualifications**:

- **Excellent English communication skills** (both verbal and written)
- Proficiency in Hindi (required)
- Proven experience in **B2B or B2C sales** (corporate gifting industry experience preferred)
- Willingness to **take ownership** of targets and client relationships
- **Startup mindset**: adaptable, resourceful, and results-driven
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field
- 70% travel readiness within assigned territory
- Strong presentation and negotiation abilities

**Your Role Will Include**:

- Identifying and onboarding potential Suppliers/Manufacturers and Distributors/Resellers
- Conducting face-to-face meetings with decision-makers
- Providing exceptional customer support post-onboarding
- Ensuring platform adoption and client satisfaction
- Developing and maintaining sales pipelines and client relationships
