**Teaching and Curriculum Delivery**:

- Plan and deliver engaging and interactive psychology lessons.

- Identify and address individual learning needs to ensure every student reaches their full potential.

- Design and evaluate assignments, tests, and practical assessments.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and provide constructive feedback.

**Collaboration and Professional Development**:

- Collaborate with fellow teachers to integrate interdisciplinary learning opportunities.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in psychology and educational best practices.
- Attend professional development workshops and training sessions.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- **Educational Background**: A Master’s degree in Psychology and a B.Ed. degree are mandatory.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Technology Proficiency**: Familiarity with digital teaching tools and platforms.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Ability to connect with students and build a positive classroom environment.
