Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one counseling sessions for students facing emotional, behavioral, or academic challenges.
  • Conduct group counseling and mental health workshops.
  • Identify students in need of support and create individualized intervention plans.
  • Maintain confidential counseling records and ensure ethical standards.
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student well-being.
  • Maintain accurate case records and follow-up support.
  • Create awareness programs on stress management, exam anxiety, peer pressure, etc.
  • Monitor student progress and provide continuous support.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of child and adolescent psychology.
  • Excellent listening, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
