Sri Krish International School, a reputed CBSE-affiliated institution in Redhills, is looking for an experienced and passionate Psychology Teacher for the Higher Secondary section (Grades XI & XII). The teacher will be responsible for delivering CBSE-aligned Psychology curriculum, preparing students for board examinations, and creating a stimulating and supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and effective Psychology lessons to students of Grades XI & XII in alignment with the CBSE syllabus.

  • Design lesson plans and teaching resources that cater to varied learning needs and academic levels.

  • Guide students through core areas including psychological principles, theories, case studies, research methods, and real-world applications.

  • Prepare students thoroughly for CBSE board exams, including theory and project work (as per latest CBSE guidelines).

  • Conduct regular assessments, evaluate student progress, and provide feedback.

  • Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that promotes inquiry and critical thinking.

  • Maintain records of attendance, academic performance, and internal assessments as required by CBSE norms.

  • Collaborate with fellow teachers, academic coordinators, and school counselors for interdisciplinary initiatives.

  • Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, workshops, and staff development programs.

  • Stay updated with CBSE circulars, educational trends, and best practices in Psychology education.
