Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Educational Counselor based in Chennai. The Educational Counselor will be responsible for providing educational consulting and student counseling services, offering career counseling, and effectively communicating with students and parents. Tasks will include identifying students' needs, guiding them through their educational and career options, and developing individualized plans to help them achieve their goals.

Qualifications

- Experience in Educational Consulting and Student Counseling
- Proficiency in Career Counseling and Education
- Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and educators
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively
- Previous experience in an educational setting is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
