We are seeking a compassionate and qualified **Psychology Counsellor** to support the emotional, psychological, and academic well-being of our students. The counsellor will provide individual and group counselling, crisis intervention, and wellness programs to promote mental health awareness within the institution.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide confidential individual counselling sessions to students dealing with personal, emotional, social, or academic issues.
- Conduct group counselling sessions, workshops, and seminars on topics like stress management, exam anxiety, peer relationships, and resilience.
- Develop and implement preventive mental health programs and awareness campaigns.
- Identify students who may need additional psychological support and coordinate referrals to external mental health professionals when necessary.
- Maintain detailed and confidential records of counselling sessions as per ethical guidelines.
- Collaborate with teachers, academic staff, and parents to create a supportive environment for students' emotional and academic growth.
- Offer crisis intervention support during emergencies or critical incidents.
- Assist in developing policies and procedures related to student wellness and mental health.
- Participate in continuous professional development and stay updated with the latest counselling practices and research.

**Qualifications**:

- Master’s degree in Psychology (Counselling/Clinical) from a recognized university.
- Certification or license to practice (if applicable, depending on region).
- Minimum 3 years of experience working as a counsellor, preferably in an educational setting.
- Strong understanding of adolescent/young adult psychology.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and build trust with students.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Training in CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, or other therapeutic approaches.
- Experience working with diverse student populations.
- Familiarity with digital mental health tools and resources.
- Ability to handle multiple cases with empathy and professionalism.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
