**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage complex calendars and schedules for the Founders and Directors, coordinating appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Act as a gatekeeper, screening and managing incoming communication, inquiries, and requests, and responding on behalf of the executives when necessary.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents as required.
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings, including agenda preparation, meeting logistics, and document distribution.
- Attend meetings, take minutes, and compile action items for follow-up.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Assist with special projects, research, and initiatives as directed by the Founders and Directors.
- Maintain and organize electronic and paper files, ensuring easy retrieval and accessibility.
- Liaise with internal teams, external partners, clients, and stakeholders, representing the executives professionally.
- Anticipate the needs of the Founders and Directors and proactively address administrative and logístical tasks.
- Manage and reconcile expenses, ensuring accurate and timely submission of reports.
- Handle travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Assist in coordinating events, conferences, and speaking engagements.
- Provide general administrative support to the executive team as needed.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, supporting senior executives.
- Strong proficiency in office software and tools, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and virtual meeting platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in project management and event coordination is a plus.
**Salary**: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
