**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
**Expat Management**:
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of expatriate living arrangements and accommodations in Surat.
- Address any concerns or issues raised by expatriates regarding living conditions and amenities.
- Act as the primary point of contact for expatriates regarding housing, utilities, and other living necessities.
**Kitchen Management**:
- Ensure the smooth functioning of the kitchen facilities for expatriates, including meal preparation and cleanliness.
- Coordinate with catering services or chefs to provide quality meals based on expatriates' preferences and dietary requirements.
- **Inventory Control and Procurement**:
- Manage inventory levels of supplies, groceries, and household items for expatriate residences.
- Coordinate procurement activities, including sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of goods.
**Car and Driver Management**:
- Oversee the management of company-provided vehicles and drivers for expatriates' transportation needs.
- Coordinate vehicle maintenance, repairs, and scheduling to ensure reliable transportation services.
**Liaison with Local Government Institutions**:
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with local government authorities and institutions.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and requirements related to expatriate living arrangements.
**Relationship Management**:
- Foster and maintain good rapport to facilitate collaboration and support.
- Serve as a point of contact for communication and coordination between expatriates and local staff.
**Travel Management**:
- Coordinate travel arrangements for expatriates, including flight bookings, accommodations, and transportation.
**FRRO Management**:
- Manage the Foreigners Regional Registration Office (FRRO) registration process for expatriates as required by Indian immigration laws.
**Other Administrative Functions**:
- Handle all other administrative functions not specifically mentioned above, including but not limited to office management, event coordination, and vendor management.
**Qualifications**:
- Any Bachelor's degree
- Proven experience in expatriate services, facilities management, or administration.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of local regulations and procedures related to expatriate living arrangements.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of expatriates.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
