**What will you do?**

**User & Data Management**: Manage user profiles, licenses, roles, and permissions to ensure data security and access control across teams. Support teams in creating and optimizing reports, dashboards, and approval processes.

**System Integrations**: Collaborate closely with IT and other business systems teams to maintain integrations between Salesforce and other platforms like DocuSign, Marketo, Conga, Zendesk, NetSuite, and Legal CLM.

**Automation & Process Management**: Configure and optimize process automations, workflows, and approval processes to enhance operational efficiency. Ensure that Salesforce usage and limits are monitored, and system backups are performed regularly.

**System Testing & Release Management**:Participate in Salesforce release management, including system testing and migration of changes from sandboxes to production. Execute sandbox refreshes and provide support for system upgrades.

**What skills and knowledge should you bring?**
- Salesforce Administrator Certification Required
- 2-3 years Salesforce support experience
- Highly motivated, independent and thorough, with the ability to identify problems with strong analysis skills, and develop solutions
- Experience with any CPQ a plus (Salesforce CPQ preferred)
