**Job Title: Salesforce Administrator**

**THE OPPORTUNITY**

The technology landscape is evolving, and the person in this role participates in technical research and development to enable innovation. They will ensure that best practices are taken around SDLC for Salesforce including proper change management that adheres to the Vision of Xactly. This person may also take on projects and be responsible for all phases, including definition, analysis, design, build, testing and change management. **SKILL SET / QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience acting as Salesforce Administrator configuring users, roles, and security.
- 2+ years of experience developing custom solutions in Salesforce using managed packages, and other tools that extend the product.
- Understand the importance of fully leveraging the out-of-the-box features of Salesforce so that custom solutions built on top of them can take advantage of updates to those platforms.
- Expertise in Salesforce configuration including Flows and Dynamic Lightning Pages.
- Solid understanding of overall Lightning architecture and Salesforce data model.
- Experience working with Agile, Kanban or Scrum
- Experience gathering requirements from end users and building custom solutions to fulfill those requirements
- Required Certifications: Administrator
- You understand the development life cycle including functional & technical specification, documentation, QA processes, maintenance, unit testing and deployment.

- Comfortable working cross-functionally within an organization and completing developmental tasks

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Development on the Salesforce platform using Lightning Components/Web Components, and Visualforce.
- Develop a working relationship with the assigned Xactly Business Systems team, data analytics team and RevOps team among other stakeholders.
- Develop custom flows to support business needs.
- Maintain user access including permission sets and roles

**WITHIN THREE MONTHS, YOU’LL**
- Develop a working relationship with the Xactly Business Systems team and other stakeholders
- Work with the IT team to learn the systems we use and how to create, update and close tickets
- Learn the development environment and policies and procedures
- Become familiar with the current Salesforce & CPQ configuration and setup; identifying areas for improvement

**WITHIN SIX MONTHS, YOU’LL**
- Begin to develop and execute a roadmap for improvements and updates to Salesforce
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing deployment of tools
- Work with the Business Systems team on project planning and scope exercises
- Become comfortable with the data structure and be a resource to the data analytics team

**WITHIN TWELVE MONTHS, YOU’LL**
- Build, test, and deploy new system functionality
- Establish a long term road map and provide guidance on system and data design
- Ensure best practices are in place for new and existing system development
- Become an expert on Xactly’s Salesforce configuration and related tools
