**About the position**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Administer, configure, and support all aspects of Netskope's Commercial Salesforce org.
- Create and maintain flow automations and validation rules to support solution design
- Monitor and answer user support requests within Jira, while also working on larger projects supporting key business initiatives
- Work closely with other Salesforce Administrators and Developers to support Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ within our Commercial org
- Create and maintain process documentation for end users, as well as solution design documentation for the GTM Systems Team
- Proactively monitor for and troubleshoot technical issues

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience administering Salesforce at an enterprise B2B SaaS company
- Salesforce Certified Administrator
- Experience working in a complex Salesforce environment with multiple clouds, including CPQ and Service cloud
- Hands on experience with technical solution design and development using flows
- Experience working with cross functional teams to evaluate business requirements
- Familiarity with standard Salesforce sharing architecture
- Understanding of Sales business processes, aligned to Lead, Contacts, Accounts, Opportunities, Orders, and Case Objects

**Education**:

- Bachelor's degree (BSc) preferred.
