**Certinia-Salesforce System Administrator**

We are looking for a proactive individual that can help us continually improve and enhance our Certinia platform, gathering requirements and feedback and designing best practice solutions.

**Role & Responsibilities**
- On-going consultancy with Operations department to translate business requirements and desired outcomes into system requirements and a plan of execution.
- Execution of the plan as per an agreed timeline.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Ensure data integrity and security within the platform.
- Documentation of system, maintenance and security protocols and customisations.
- Stay updated on Certinia and Salesforce releases and new features to leverage for business improvements.
- Setting up new users on Certinia ensuring they have the correct permissions and access.
- Responding to Salesforce / Certinia-related issues.

**Qualifications**
- Proven work experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
- Salesforce certified administrator or Salesforce advanced administrator certification.
- Strong understand of managing 3rd party packages in Salesforce
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science is desirable.

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**
- A proactive attitude to platform enhancements.
- A desire to implement best practice solutions.
- Experience in performing Salesforce upgrades and ensuring successful integration.
- Understanding of Salesforce sharing and security (roles, profiles, permissions, OWD, sharing rules)
- Experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes including (but not limited to): Flow, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards and reports.
- Active in Certinia and Salesforce communities.
