In the facility management industry, a Facility Executive - Operations plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of a facility or building. Their responsibilities are multifaceted and involve managing both the physical space and the operations within it. Below are some key roles and responsibilities for this position:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Team Management**:

- Supervise and coordinate the housekeeping staff.
- Train new employees and provide ongoing training for current staff.
- Conduct performance evaluations and manage staff schedules.
- **Quality Control**:

- Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure they meet cleanliness and maintenance standards.
- Address and resolve any issues or complaints related to housekeeping.
- **Inventory and Supplies**:

- Monitor and manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Order supplies as needed and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
- **Guest Service**:

- Address guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Ensure that all guest areas are maintained to a high standard.
- **Coordination**:

- Work closely with other departments (e.g., front desk, maintenance) to ensure smooth operations.
- Coordinate with the front desk to prepare rooms for arrivals and handle special requests.
- **Health and Safety**:

- Ensure that all cleaning practices comply with health and safety regulations.
- Implement and oversee procedures for handling hazardous materials.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Maintain records related to housekeeping operations, including inventory, staff performance, and guest feedback.
- Prepare reports for upper management as needed.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Leadership**: Strong ability to manage and motivate a team.
- **Attention to Detail**: Keen eye for cleanliness and maintenance standards.
- **Organizational Skills**: Effective at scheduling, managing inventory, and coordinating tasks.

- **Experience**: Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field, often including supervisory experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
